Wir bieten keine Tickets für einzelne Tage im Vorverkauf an. Eine begrenzte Anzahl an Festivaltickets wird an der Abendkasse erhältlich sein, sofern nicht ausverkauft. Detaillierte Infos folgen kurz vor Event. Für einen sicheren Zugang zum Modular Festival 2024, empfehlen wir jedoch den Vorverkauf.

We do not offer tickets for individual days in pre-sale. A limited number of festival tickets will be available at the gate, unless sold out. Detailed info will follow shortly prior to the event. However, to guarantee your access to Modular Festival 2024, we recommend presale. 

 

WICHTIG / IMPORTANT

Bitte stell sicher, dass jedes Ticket unter einem individuellen Namen (entsprechend ID/Reisepass des Ticketinhabers) und einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse registriert ist. Jedes Ticket ist auf einen bestimmten Namen und eine bestimmte E-Mail-Adresse personalisiert.  

Please make sure you register each ticket under a different name (corresponding to the ID/passport of the ticket holder) and a different email address. Each ticket is personalized to a specific name and email address.  

 

Wenn du nach Abschluss deiner Zahlung keinen QR-Code / keine E-Mail erhältst, mach dir keine Sorgen. Es reicht, wenn du den Zahlungsnachweis und deinen Reisepass/ID zum Einlass mitbringst und wir werden deine Buchung im System finden. - Der QR-Code ist also nicht zwingend erforderlich, um Zugang zum Festival zu erhalten, aber es kann den Einlassprozess beschleunigen. 

Bitte beachte, dass dein Festivalticket nur mit einem offiziellen Dokument (ID/Reisepass) gültig ist. Und der Name auf deinem Pass / ID und deinem Ticket muss identisch sein! 

If you do not receive a QR code / email after completing your payment, please do not worry. All you need to do is bring proof of payment and your passport/ID to the gate and we will find your booking in the system. - The QR code is therefore not absolutely necessary to get access to the festival but presenting it will speed up the admission process. 

Please note that your festival ticket is only valid with an official document (ID/passport). And the name on your passport / ID and ticket must be identical!

RÜCKERSTATTUNGEN / REFUNDS 

Rückerstattungen werden nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Ticketkauf und spätestens bis zum 30. August 2024 gewährt. Nach diesem Datum bieten wir diesen Service nicht mehr an. Hierfür wird eine Servicegebühr von CHF 25 erhoben. Die Rückerstattung wird ca. zwei Wochen dauern, da wir die Ticketeinnahmen nicht sofort erhalten.  

Refunds will only be granted within 14 days of the ticket purchase and no later than 20. August 2024. After this date, we will no longer offer this service. A service fee of CHF 25 will be charged for this. The refund will take approximately two weeks, as we do not receive the ticket revenue immediately.

WEITERVERKAUF & TICKET TRANSFER/ RESALE & TICKET TRANSFER:

Kaufe keine Tickets von Dritten! Wenn du dein Ticket weiterverkaufen möchtest, muss es auf einen neuen Inhaber überschrieben werden. Bis zu drei Wochen vor dem Festival bieten wir die Übertragung des betreffenden Tickets auf einen neuen Inhaber an. 

 

Für Übertragungen kontaktiere uns bitte per E-Mail (office@modularfestival.com) / Betreff: Neuer Ticketinhaber / Ticketweiterverkauf + dein vollständiger Name.

 

Do not buy tickets from third parties. If you wish to resell your ticket, it must be transferred to a new ticket holder. Up to three weeks before the festival, we offer to transfer the ticket in question to a new holder.

 

This must be communicated to us by e-mail (office@modularfestival.com) with the subject: New ticket holder / ticket resale + your full name.

ALTERSBESCHRÄNKUNG & ALLG EINLASSBEDINGUNGEN /

AGE RESTRICTION & GENERAL ADMISSION CONDITIONS:

Jeder, der ein gültiges Ticket (bzw. Reisepass/ID) vorweisen kann, mindestens 18 Jahre alt ist und sich friedlich verhält (Zustand: happy & healthy), ist beim Modular Festival willkommen. Bei Nichteinhaltung unserer Richtlinien und Werte behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Einlass zu verweigern. 

Everyone who presents a valid ticket (resp. passport/ID), is at least 18 years old and behaves peacefully (condition: happy & healthy) will be admitted to Modular Festival. In case of non-compliance with our guidelines and values, we reserve the right to refuse admission.

ANREISE: HOW TO GET TO MODULAR FESTIVAL

 

ÖFFENTLICHE VERKEHRSMITTEL (ÖV) / BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Mit dem Zug bis zum Sarnen Bahnhof. Von dort geht es mit folgenden Optionen weiter zum Check-in Gate: 

Take the train to Sarnen Bahnhof (train station). From there you have the following options for onward travel to the check-in gate: 

 

• Official Modular Shuttle - Regulärer Betrieb während Check-in Zeiten / Regular service during check-in slots. (Keine Tickets, Bezahlung vor Ort / No tickets, payment on site)

• Bus: Postauto - Check den ÖV-Fahrplan / Check public transport schedule

• Taxi

Achte darauf, dass du während den offiziellen Check-in Zeiten anreist. Ausserhalb dieser Slots wird der Transport und Einlass nicht garantiert. 

Make sure to arrive during the official check-in hours. Outside these slots, transport and admission are not guaranteed. 

 

MIT AUTO / BY CAR

In der Nähe des Festivalgeländes stehen begrenzte Parkplätze zur Verfügung (5min zu Fuss). Parking-Tickets (CHF 20) müssen vor dem Event gekauft werden. Das Ticket muss gut sichtbar im Fahrzeug platziert werden.

Limited parking space is available near festival location (5min walk). Parking tickets (CHF 20) must be purchased prior to the event. The ticket must be placed visibly in the vehicle.

ROOMS, CAMPING & CARAVAN

Wir bieten verschiedene Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Im Festivalticket inbegriffen: Zugang zur Camping Area mit eigenem Zelt.

We offer various overnight options. Included in the festival ticket: Access to the campsite with your own tent.

 

CAMPING

Wir verfügen über eine geräumige Camping Area. Zutritt zum Camping mit eigenem Zelt ist im Festivalticket inbegriffen.

We have a spacious camping area. Access to the camping area with your own tent is included in the admission ticket. 

 

CARAVAN

Eine begrenzte Anzahl an Caravan-Tickets (CHF 65) ist via Eventfrog verfügbar. Der Zugang zum Caravan-Bereich wird nur mit einem offiziellen Caravan-Ticket (pro Fahrzeug) gewährt.

There is a limited number of caravan tickets (CHF 65) available on Eventfrog. Access to the caravan area will only be granted with an official caravan ticket (per vehicle).

ROOMS

Wir bieten Zimmer für 3/5/7/8 Personen an, die gemietet werden können (Mehrbettzimmer). Diese Zimmer befinden sich direkt neben dem Festivalgelände. 

• Preise: CHF 73.00-79.00 pro Person und Nacht.

• Buchung von ganzen Zimmern (keine Einzelbetten) für 3 oder 4 Nächte.

→ Zimmerbuchungen via separatem Ticketshop. 
 

We offer rooms for 3/5/7/8 people that can be rented (shared rooms). These rooms are located directly next to the festival site. 

• Prices: CHF 73.00-79.00 per person and night.

• Booking of whole rooms (no single beds) for 3 or 4 nights.

WAS DARF ICH MITBRINGEN? / WHAT CAN I BRING?

GETRÄNKE / DRINKS

Es gibt keine Beschränkungen für das Mitbringen von Wasser und alkoholfreien Getränken. Pro Person ist ein Sixpack Bier (6 Aluminiumdosen à 50cl, verschlossen) erlaubt. Dies gilt nur bei der ersten Ankunft bzw. beim 1. Check-in und Erhalt des Festivalbändchens. Danach dürfen keine alkoholischen Getränke mehr auf das Festivalgelände mitgenommen werden!

 

Erlaubt sind versiegelte PET-Flaschen und Aluminiumdosen (verschlossen/versiegelt, nur für den privaten Gebrauch, KEIN GLASS). Keine Spirituosen und keine offenen Flaschen erlaubt. Leere Trinkflaschen dürfen mitgebracht werden. Gepäck und Caravans werden am Eingang durchsucht. 

 

There are no restrictions on bringing water and non-alcoholic drinks. We allow one six-pack of beer (6 aluminium cans, 50cl, sealed) per person. This only applies on first arrival respectively upon 1st check-in and receipt of the festival wristband. After that, no more alcoholic drinks may be taken onto the festival site!

 

SEALED PET bottles and aluminium cans are permitted (closed/sealed, for private use only, NO GLASS). No spirits and no open bottles allowed. Empty drinking bottles are permitted. Luggage and caravans are searched at the entrance. 

 

FOOD

Für das Mitbringen von Lebensmitteln gibt es keine Einschränkungen. Grillen und Feuermachen sind jedoch nicht erlaubt. Auch hier gilt die Regel: kein Glas! 

There are no restrictions on bringing food. However, barbecues and fires are not permitted. The same rule applies here: no glass!
