Bitte geht sorgsam mit dem Festivalgelände und der Umwelt um! Sammelt und trennt euren Müll (insbesondere Zigarettenstummel, hierfür stellen wir Taschenaschenbecher zur Verfügung). Wir dürfen hier auf Weideland zu Gast sein, wo normalerweise Kühe und Pferde leben. Wir bitten euch um Achtsamkeit und Mithilfe. Vielen Dank!
IMPORTANT!
Please take care of the festival site and the environment! Collect and separate your rubbish (especially cigarette butts, for which we provide pocket ashtrays). We are allowed to be guests on pastureland where cows and horses normally live. We ask for mindfulness and co-operation. Many thanks!

Ab wann kann ich auf den Camping? / When can I enter the camping area?
Die Camping Area befindet sich auf dem Festivalgelände und ist zugänglich, sobald das Festival startet: Ab Donnerstag (05.09), 14:00.
The camping area is located on the festival site and is accessible as soon as the festival starts: From Thursday (05.09), 14:00.
Wie lange darf ich bleiben? / How long can I stay?
Die Festival Gates schliessen am Montag um 12:00. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt müsse alle das Festivalgelände (inkl. Camping und Caravan) verlassen haben. Diejenigen, die ein Zimmer gemietet haben, müssen bis Montag, 11:00 ausgecheckt haben.
The festival gates close on Monday at 12:00. Everyone must have left the festival site (including camping and caravans) by this time. Those who have rented a room must have checked out by 11:00 on Monday.
Wie komme ich zum Festival? / How do I get to the festival?
Wir empfehlen die Anreise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bis Bahnhof Sarnen. Von dort aus gibt es einen offiziellen Festival Shuttle zum Gelände. Alternativ kann auch der Bus oder das Taxi bis zum Sportcamp Melchtal genommen werden. Für die Anreise mit Auto oder Caravan werden im Voraus gekaufte Parking- bzw. Caravan-Tickets benötigt (erhältlich auf Eventfrog, limitierte Anzahl).
We recommend travelling by public transport to Sarnen railway station. From there, an official festival shuttle will take you to the site. Alternatively, you can take the bus or a taxi to Sportcamp Melchtal. If travelling by car or caravan, pre-purchased parking or caravan tickets are required (available on Eventfrog, limited quantity).
Kann ich mein Auto in der Nähe parken? / Can I park my car nearby?
In der Nähe des Festivalgeländes stehen begrenzte Parkplätze zur Verfügung (5min zu Fuss). Parking-Tickets (CHF 20) müssen vor dem Event gekauft werden. Das Ticket muss gut sichtbar im Fahrzeug platziert werden. Tickets verfügbar ab Mitte August.
Limited parking space is available near festival location (5min walk). Parking tickets (CHF 20) must be purchased prior to the event. The ticket must be placed visibly in the vehicle. Tickets available from mid August.
Muss ich einen gültigen Ausweis mitbringen? / Do I need to bring a valid ID/passport?
Ja, das Vorzeigen eines persönlichen, gültigen und physischen Ausweises (ID/Reisepass) ist obligatorisch. Ohne Ausweis wird der Zutritt zum Festival verweigert.
Yes, the presentation of a personal, valid and physical ID (ID/passport) is mandatory. Access to the festival will be refused without identification.
Was darf ich an Essen & Getränken mitbringen? / What food & drinks am I allowed to bring?
Für das Mitbringen von Lebensmitteln, Softgetränken und Wasser gibt es keine Einschränkungen. Glas, Grillen und Feuermachen sind jedoch nicht erlaubt. Pro Person ist einmalig ein Sixpack Bier (6 Aluminiumdosen à 50cl, verschlossen) erlaubt. Generell ist kein Glas, nur PET und ALU erlaubt.
There are no restrictions on bringing food, soft drinks and water. However, glass, barbecues and fires are not permitted. One six-pack of beer (6 aluminium cans of 50cl each, sealed) is permitted per person. In general, no glass is allowed, only PET and ALU.

Gibt es Tickets für einzelne Tage? / Are there tickets for individual days?
Im Vorverkauf gibt es keine Tickets für einzelne Tage. Falls nicht ausverkauft, wird es eine limitierte Anzahl an Tickets am Gate geben.
Tickets for individual days are not available in advance. If not sold out, there will be a limited number of tickets available at the gate.

Kann ich Tickets am Gate kaufen? / Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Falls nicht ausverkauft, wird es eine limitierte Anzahl an Tickets am Gate geben.
If not sold out, there will be a limited number of tickets available at the gate.
Was mache ich, wenn ich keine Bestätigungsmail bzw. keinen QR-Code erhalte? / What do I do if I don't receive a confirmation email or QR code?
Wenn du keinen QR-Code/keine E-Mail erhältst, mach dir keine Sorgen. Es reicht, wenn du den Zahlungsnachweis und deinen Reisepass/ID zum Einlass mitbringst und wir werden deine Buchung im System finden.
If you do not receive a QR code/email, please do not worry. All you need to do is bring proof of payment and your passport/ID to the gate and we will find your booking in the system.
Kann ich mein Ticket zurückgeben? / Can I return my ticket?
Rückerstattungen werden nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Ticketkauf und spätestens bis zum 30.08.2024 gewährt. Hierfür wird eine Servicegebühr von CHF 25 erhoben.
Refunds will only be granted within 14 days of the ticket purchase and no later than 30.08.2024. A service fee of CHF 25 will be charged for this.
Kann ich mein Ticket weiterverkaufen? / Can I resell my ticket?
Wenn du dein Ticket weiterverkaufen möchtest, muss es auf einen neuen Ticketinhaber überschrieben werden. Bis zu drei Wochen vor dem Festival bieten wir die Übertragung des betreffenden Tickets auf einen neuen Inhaber an.
If you wish to resell your ticket, it must be transferred to a new ticket holder. Up to three weeks before the festival, we offer to transfer the ticket in question to a new holder.
Ich bin noch nicht 18, darf ich trotzdem zum Festival? / I'm not 18 yet, can I still go to the festival?
Nein, der Zutritt zum Festival wird erst ab 18 Jahren gewährt. Ebenso dürfen keine Hunde und Kinder aufs Gelände.
No, access to the festival is only granted from the age of 18. Dogs and children are also not allowed on the grounds.

Wie kann ich auf dem Festivalgelände bezahlen? / How can I pay at the festival site?
An unseren Cash-Points können Wertkarten zur Bezahlung an der Bar erworben werden. An der Bar ist keine andere Zahlungsart möglich. An den Cash-Points kann per EC-Terminal oder cash bezahlt werden. Die Wertkarten können nicht eingetauscht werden. Bei den Shops und Essensständen wird nur Barzahlung akzeptiert.
Token cards can be purchased at our cash points for payment at the bar. No other payment method is possible at the bar. You can pay by EC terminal or cash at the cash points. The token cards cannot be exchanged. Only cash payment is accepted at the shops and food stands.
Kann ich Geld abheben? / Can I withdraw money?
Am Cash-Point kann mit Bank- oder Kreditkarte via EC-Terminal Bargeld bezogen werden (CHF 5.- Gebühr). Pro Abhebung können maximal CHF 100.- bezogen werden.
Cash can be withdrawn at the cash point using a debit or credit card via an EC terminal (CHF 5 fee). A maximum of CHF 100 can be withdrawn per withdrawal.
Gibt es Duschen und Wasserstellen? / Are there showers and water stations?
Ja, es gibt Duschen und fliessendes (Trink-)Wasser auf dem Festivalgelände.

Gibt es Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Festivalgelände? / Are there food & drink options on the festival site?
Ja, es gibt eine Reihe an Bars, Essensstände und einen kleinen Kiosk mit den notwendigsten Waren, wo ihr euch ausgiebig verpflegen könnt.
Yes, there are a number of bars, food stands and a small kiosk with essentials where you can stock up on food and drinks.
Gibt es ein Depot-System? / Is there a depot system?
Ja, wir haben ein Mehrweggeschirr-Konzept und bitten dich, die Becher / das Geschirr an der Bar oder am Essensstand zurückzugeben, um das Depot (CHF 2.- an der Bar) zurückzubekommen.
Yes, we have a reusable crockery concept and ask you to return the cups / crockery to the bar or food stand to get the deposit back (CHF 2.- at the bar).
Darf ich das Festivalgelände verlassen und wieder kommen? / Can I leave the festival site and come back again?
Das Festivalgelände kann jederzeit verlassen und zu den offiziellen Einlass-Slots wieder betreten werden. Bei Rückkehr gilt das Kontingent an erlaubten Getränken prinzipiell nicht erneut, es darf nur beim erstmaligen Betreten ein kleines Kontingent (gemäss Auflistung) an Getränken eingeführt werden.
The festival site may be left at any time and re-entered at the official entry slots. On return, the quota of permitted drinks does not apply again, only a small quota (according to admission conditions) of drinks may be brought in when entering for the first time.
